What is THROGA?

If you can talk, you can sing. We believe in celebrating the vocal qualities that makes us all unique, while working hard to improve our skills to achieve a healthy, strong and well balanced instrument. This philosophy has led THROGA (throat-yoga) to be utilized by vocalists applying its techniques in all 50 US States and over 100 countries around the globe. One of the reasons for its popularity is due to its rare nature of being universally applicable to other methods of teaching, as well as being a stand-alone. Whether an aspiring singer, touring artist, public speaker, actor or educator, THROGA can lead a vocalist to their full potential.

THROGA’s techniques primarily consist of utilizing two concepts. First, is the patented 7 Dimensions of Singing (7DS), which allows you to accurately target and develop any aspect of your voice using contemporary biological science. Second, is the THROGA Guidelines, which greatly reduces any unnecessary tension for a safe and effective practice.

These educational tools are designed to take advantage of how the neural-pathways in our brain works; the more focused and efficient an exercise is, the faster we can develop new, positive, behaviors. This makes it significantly easier to choose (and modify) the right exercises, at the right time, for the best results.
